How to Find Your MEXC UID

What is a MEXC UID?

Your UID?UIDYour user ID number on a crypto exchange.More in the glossary is the user ID number of your MEXC account. The MEXC app shows it in your Profile area.

You need your UID when you check your account with us. It is the only account detail we ask for.

   Short intro, then open the MEXC app and tap the profile icon at the top left.

   Your UID is the 8-digit number under Set Nickname. Tap the copy icon next to it.

   On RebateFX: Add exchange account → MEXC → paste the UID → Add account. We never ask for passwords or 2FA codes.

These steps follow the MEXC support center:

1. Open the MEXC app on your phone and log in.
2. Tap the profile icon in the upper-left corner.
3. Open "Profile".
4. Look for your UID. "Profile" shows your avatar, nickname, linked email address and UID.

We have not checked the steps for the MEXC website yet. For now, use the app to find your UID.

Why does RebateFX ask for my UID?

We use your UID to check that your account was opened with our referral link.

MEXC pays referral commission to the person who invited a friend. MEXC says this is based on the friend's net trading fees. So the check needs to know which account is yours.

Your UID is enough for this check. We do not need your login details.

What we never ask for

We only ask for your UID. We never ask for your MEXC password, 2FA codes or API keys.

We never ask for withdrawal access to your account. If someone asks for these in our name, do not share them. You can see our real accounts on our official channels page.

Quick questions

Is my UID the same as my email? No. MEXC shows your linked email and your UID as two separate items in "Profile". We only need the UID.

Where do I paste my UID? Use the "Check my account" button below. MEXC is picked for you. Paste your UID and run the check.

What if my account was not opened with our link? The check tells you what it found and what you can do next.

Can I use my MEXC UID on another exchange? No. Each exchange gives you its own UID. Pick the right exchange when you run the check.
