What is an Exness account number?
Your account numberAccount numberThe number of your trading account. You find it in your broker's client area or in MetaTrader.More in the glossary is the number of one trading account at Exness. Exness calls it the trading account login number. It is also your MT4 or MT5 login number.
You need this number when you check your account with us. It is the only account detail we ask for.

Where is my account number in the Personal Area?
These steps follow the Exness help center:
- Sign in to your Exness Personal AreaPersonal AreaYour Exness client area, where you manage your accounts and contact support.More in the glossary.
- Open "Accounts" in the menu. Some versions of the Personal Area call it "My Accounts".
- Find the card of your trading account.
- The number at the top of the card is your account number.

Other places to see the same number
The Exness help center lists a few more ways:
- Expand the account card. It shows the MT4 or MT5 login number.
- Open the 3-dot menu of the account. The account information at the top shows the login number.
- In grid view, the number is in the "Number" field.
If you have more than one trading account, each card shows its own number. Use the number of the account you opened through our link.
Why does RebateFX ask for my account number?
We use your account number to check that the account is linked to RebateFX as its partnerPartner / IBA company that refers traders to a broker. The broker pays it a share of the fees.More in the glossary.
The account number is enough for this check. We do not need your login details.
What we never ask for
We only ask for your account number. We never ask for your Personal Area password, your trading password or 2FA codes.
